Steve Wamsley: Food & Beverage Director

I have lived in the valley for over twenty years now and am well aware of the different Country Clubs in the valley and this is the one I knew I would be most comfortable at because of its members, whom a lot of you I already know from my years in the Valley and because of the quality staff and golf course here at Ridgeway CC.

A little background on me is I attended Indiana University at South Bend for Psychology for two years but left to pursue a career in the food and beverage Industry and have been doing it for the last 28 years.  I’ve worked in Dallas, Texas. At a little Bistro named Jennivines and at a country club in Minneapolis named Rolling Greens C.C.and in the valley I’ve worked at The Bankroll in Menasha, Le Bon Appetit in Appleton, The Seasons and Lemon Grass in Grand Chute and Club West in the town of Menasha.  I have lived in the valley for over twenty years.  My children all attended St. Mary High School and have since all gone off to college.

Holly Harke: Front of the House Manager

                                                            

I graduated from University of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. I am also obtaining my masters degree in Career and Technical Education. I have worked in the hospitality industry for nine years. I truly enjoy interacting and serving people. I look forward to getting to know the members at Ridgeway and also working with all the staff. 

My family is from Freedom, WI. My father’s name is Tom and mother’s name is Sue. I have two brothers, Jason and Tommy and also a sister Heather. I have one niece who I enjoy spending a lot of time with. Throughout high school I played golf and also one year of college golf. . hharke@ridgewaygolf.com
